Banking industry has been evolving to be more digital nowadays, there are banks without branches too. With approval of digital banking in Singapore, we will see more such banks. Neil will share with you what he sees the opportunities and challenges the existing digital banks have been facing and how they tap on new data technologies to tackle such challenges and transform those into better customer experience and attract more customers coming to digital banks.

About the Speaker

As Head of APAC & Go Global Committee, Neil drives sales, presales and technical support for Asia-Pacific, and Go-To-Market strategy globally, drawing upon extensive experience growing successful markets to bring the best technologies to global business owners and developers.

He has 15 years experience consulting with CIOs, CTOs and Engineering teams to help them improve their digital, architect and product strategies. Being a leader of Pre Sales and Post Sales, Neil represents the voice of the customer & developer at previous companies, influencing internal product development strategies and building external partner ecosystem. He bootstrapped Twilio APAC as 3rd employee, and helped Twilio grow their revenue by 30+ time in 4 years time, also helped companies like SK Group, the third largest conglomerate in South Korea, to globalize their product, before that found his own company Orastream, world's 1st adaptive Hi-Fi audio streaming and now the world leading provider.
