Data science is often seen as a silver bullet for business growth, customer understanding, productivity improvement, and many other problems across the organization. To help your organization capture value from data science, it is important to cultivate the appropriate perspective amongst stakeholders and partners on the feasibility, limitations and conditions needed for leveraging data science for any given problem. In this seminar, we will discuss the common challenges data science practitioners face in going from theory to actual implementation to real-world problems, separating fact from fiction in the general perceptions of data science, the key enablers for embedding data science into the organization, and considerations for ensuring that data science is used safely, responsibly and for good.
